I am a Masters student taking my last quarter of classes. I started taking ESL classes as electives but have found them to be so important that I kept taking them. I believe that they are valuable to any teacher who is working at any school. By taking these classes I have learned skills that are vital to being a successfuleducator.
Eric- About me!
I am currently teaching Spanish at Lakeridge Jr. High in Orem Utah. I saw a need to improve my knowledge of second language acquisition so I enrolled in 2 courses on ESL development this spring. I am currently a Master's student with 2 terms left to complete my degree, and I am excited about the opportunity I will have to apply some of the new language learning theories to my classroom.
